For an app problem
Include your device model, iOS version, Omen version, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot is useful when it contains no private information.
For a resolution question
Include the question’s link and tell us which source or rule you think we got wrong.
For account or data help
Write from the email connected to your Omen account when possible. Use the subject “Account request” or “Privacy request” so it reaches the right queue.
Quick answers
Why is there no crowd split?
We hide the split until enough people have called. A percentage from a handful of callers would tell you nothing, so we don’t print one.
Can a call be changed?
No. Our server saves the exact time your call lands. You can’t edit a call, delete one, or move its time. That’s what makes a Record worth anything.
Is Omen wagering?
No. There’s nothing to pay, nothing to win, and nothing here you can cash out or trade. A split shows how people called. It isn’t odds.
How do I recover my Record?
Open the Record tab and sign in with the same account you used before. Calls you made on a phone before signing in can be linked, and doing that doesn’t change your side or the time.
